CENTER CUTTERS

Center cutters are used to cover the center of the drilling bit. Their greater cone angle allows them to cut the rock at the center with a maximum rolling efficiency, which equates to improved energy utilization. The tungsten carbide cutters utilize an aggressive cutting structure to maximize the performance in medium to hard rocks.

SIDE CUTTERS

Side cutters are generally used for drilling holes 1200mm to 3000mm in diameter.
Side cutters feature high capacity bearings (three rows rollers and two rows of thrust) protected by carefully designed seals that keep the grease in and slime (abrasives) out.
Tungsten carbide cutters make application off these cutters the most economical for a wide range of rock types and conditions.

20 degree SADDLE (HOLDER)

This 20 degree saddle can be set to parts excepting the center and edge of drilling bit, which makes it possible for a cutter to keep the contacting face of rock horizontal. Its pin hole, designed to set the position, on the bottom of saddle, is very convenient for changing it. In addition, it features outstanding wear-resistance due to heat-treatment in a contact part.

40 degree SADDLE (HOLDER)

40 degree saddle (holder) is designed for setting to the edge of drilling bit.
